Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Guests agree to abide by hotel policies, respect property and other guests, and are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. SheraStay reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
SheraStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
