Rental Policy

Please review our rental terms and conditions before booking

Driver Requirements

Minimum age to rent is 21 years. Drivers under 25 are subject to a young driver surcharge of $15/day.
All drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required for licenses issued outside the country.
Premium and sports vehicles require drivers to be 25+ years old.
Additional drivers must be registered and present at pickup with their valid license.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel.
Please return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid refueling charges.
If returned with less than full tank, a refueling fee of $10 + fuel cost will be applied.
Pre-paid fuel options are available at the time of booking.

Mileage Policy

All rentals include unlimited mileage unless otherwise specified.
Some specialty and exotic vehicles may have mileage restrictions.
Excess mileage charges for restricted vehicles will be clearly stated at booking.

Pickup & Return

Please arrive at the scheduled pickup time with all required documents.
A 30-minute grace period is provided for late returns.
After the grace period, late return fees apply at 1.5x the daily rate per hour.
After-hours pickup and return are available at select locations. Advance arrangement required.

Insurance & Protection

Basic third-party liability insurance is included in all rentals.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your liability in case of damage.
Theft Protection covers the vehicle if stolen during the rental period.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) covers driver and passengers.

Payment & Deposits

A deposit of 25% is required at booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance is due at vehicle pickup.
A refundable security deposit (varies by vehicle category) is held at pickup.
Security deposits are released within 5-7 business days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.

Prohibited Use

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.
Transporting pets without prior approval is not permitted.
Off-road driving, racing, and unauthorized use are strictly forbidden.
Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to another person is not allowed.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate termination of rental and legal action.
