2. Booking & Rental Agreement

When you make a booking through DriveSphere, you enter into a rental agreement directly with us. The booking is confirmed only after we issue a confirmation number. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws while using rented vehicles.
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in the currency displayed on the website. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed bookings. Taxes, surcharges, and optional extras are additional unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by booking type and are displayed at the time of booking. Standard bookings allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

DriveSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DriveSphere website, including logos, text, images, and software, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
